1. How much is my shipping fee?
Orders over CA$59.00 are eligible for free shipping!

2. When will my order ship?
We aim to dispatch all regular orders within 2 business days, if there is a delay, we will send an e-mail notification. For pre-order items, please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.
All purchases will be shipped in our signature boxes or bags. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you after the order has been shipped.
All international orders are now shipped via different international couriers, ensuring a faster and more reliable service.
For all international orders, please write full address in English at checkout.

3. My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
It’s possible to have errors for express delivery tracking information, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s recommended to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information!

4. My order shipped, when will it get to my house!?
--For USA, Canada and most European countries based customers, it takes about 3 to 5 business days.
--For Australia, Netherlands, Brazil, Argentina and Japan, it takes about 12 to 15 business days.
--For Bulgarian, Croatia, Vatican, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Yugoslavia,Malta, Macedonia, Andorra and Albania, it takes about 18 to 24 business days.
