ORDER INFORMATION & CONCERNS
I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
MY ORDER STATUS SAYS "UNFULFILLED". WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?
If your order was unexpectedly cancelled, chances are that our fraud filter marked your order as fraudulent. If you are certain that that is not true, please order again with a Paypal account. If you do not have Paypal, you can easily sign up at www.Paypal.com.
PRODUCT & CARE INFORMATION
As most of our pieces are costume jewelry made from brass, plated with 18ct rose gold, 14ct gold and rhodium, they need special looking after for you to enjoy the beauty for a longer period of time. Here’s a list of tips for you on how to care for your jewelry.
Avoid air contact when storing: Storing in our original boxes or pouches is the best way to keep your jewelry. A zip plastic bag is a handy way to do this in case you have lost the original packaging.
Avoid water: Do not place next to heater, window, air conditioner or in the bathroom. Do not wear it in the pool or shower.
Avoid cosmetics: Apply scents or cosmetics before you put on your jewelry. Perfumes and lotions will tarnish the jewelry.
Avoid sweat: Remove jewelry when exercising, or any other demanding physical work, as sweating causes the jewelry to tarnish.

How are shipping rates calculated?
Orders over CA$59.00 are eligible for free shipping!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We aim to dispatch all regular orders within 72 business hours, if there is a delay, we would let you know. For pre-order items, please allow up to 8 weeks for delivery.
All purchases will be shipped with our signature boxes or bags. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to you after the order has been shipped.
All international orders are now shipped via different international couriers, ensuring a faster delivery and more reliable.
For all international orders, please write the full address in English at the checkout.
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
Sometimes express delivery tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!
My order shipped, when will it get to my house!?
For the USA, Canada and most European countries based customers, it takes about 3 to 5 business days.
For Australia, Netherlands, Brazil, Argentina and Japan, it takes about 15 to 21 business days.
For Bulgarian, Croatia, Vatican, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Yugoslavia,Malta, Macedonia, Andorra and Albania, it takes about 35 to 45 business days.
RETURN & Refund
At Michael Top, we realize how difficult it is to order merchandise on-line, especially for first-time buyers. Without actually seeing the goods in front of you, you're never really sure if you're buying exactly what you want. That's why we offer our customers guaranteed satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your merchandise within 14 days of placing your order.
Return Conditions
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as returned items must meet the following conditions to qualify for refund:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Items must have all tags attached.
- Full refund will be given for the cost of the item, excluding postage & returns cost.
- Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting, as any missing parcel is your responsibility.
- Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
Shipping Charges
If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e. you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs.
Final Sale Items
Due to the nature of the product, All items ending in $.96, $.97, $.98 are considered “Final Sale” and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
Exchanges
We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, send your item back within 14 days of receiving the product to the address below. No exchanges at this time!
Refunds
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Kindly note that it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your card issuer) after the refund has been processed. Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to return
When returning items to us, please place your returned goods without removing any labels or tags in a sealed bag with the invoice slip (just so we can get the order ID and name).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.
Helpful Hint: You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

Size Guide
If you want to wear stackable rings (multiple rings on one finger):
When buying multiple rings to wear as a stack, please consider that the rings should be one size bigger than your regular size.
If you do not know your ring size, we highly recommend having your finger sized by a local jeweler and asking for your US ring size. You can also try this website. We are responsible for sending you the ring size you ordered. However we cannot be responsible for determining your ring size.
